Alexia is from Houston and has also lived outside the country in El Salvador. She speaks English, Spanish, and some French. Currently she has a Saluki named Enzo and an African Grey parrot named Charlie. She has had several types of pets ranging from fish to dogs to birds.
Alexia graduated from Baylor in 2004 with a B.S. in Neuroscience and then went on to become part of the first graduating class of Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy Texas A&M Branch in 2010 located in Kingsville.
Currently, Alexia is licensed in Texas, Alabama, Arizona, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas. Her experience ranges from hospital, retail, bio-identical hormones in compounding to veterinary compounding. She loves to travel internationally and try all new types of foods.
Nancy is a graduate of Texas Southern University College of Pharmacy and has a Bachelor of Science in Biology with Minor in Chemistry from the University of Houston. Nancy’s interest in compounding was sparked by a PCCA compounding course that exposed her to a different personalized field of pharmacy. After the first day, she knew exactly what she wanted to do after graduating and joined our SVPMEDs team. Since then she has worked as a certified pharmacy technician, pharmacy intern to now registered pharmacist. She is certified in sterile IV preparation, non-sterile compounding and immunizations. Her experience ranges from retail, hospital, ambulatory medicine and veterinary compounding.
In her spare time, she loves to travel the world and discover new food. She also loves to play volleyball and enjoys routinely taking her dog, Paxil to the community dog park.
I am a graduate of Texas Southern University College of Pharmacy. I also hold a four year degree from Tehran University of Medical Science as an obstetric nurse. Being a teacher with the Houston Independent School District was my career before going into pharmacy school and joining Specialty Veterinary Pharmacy in 2012. I am a licensed pharmacist in the states of Texas, Virginia, Nebraska and Mississippi. I hold certificates in sterile production, immunization, medication therapy management, CPR/AED and the handling of chemo and hazardous drugs.
I have a daughter Niki who is going to Texas A&M University to become a doctor in veterinary medicine. My home is shared with a Golden Retriever mix, Champ and a Maine Coon, Destery that I adopted from Houston SPCA.
In my spare time I enjoy cooking traditional food, reading, watching national geography and sci-fi movies.

Personal Bio: Mimi Tonnu is married and has 2 daughters. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her children. Her hobbies are singing, reading, and playing table tennis.

David has always enjoyed running businesses. In fact, by the time he was 27, he had already managed a veterinary compounding pharmacy processing 200 orders a day. Soon afterwards, partnered with Specialty Veterinary Pharmacy. He is the Vice President of Specialty Veterinary Pharmacy, which compounding veterinary medication for pets across the United States.
Prior to starting at SVPMEDS, David spent 10 years as a Veterinary Pharmacy Manager and a Certified Pharmacy Technician. David helps veterinarians with solutions for difficult to medicate patients.
When David is not working on Specialty Veterinary Pharmacy, he likes to spend time with his son, running and crossfit training. He is a devoted father, husband and small business owner from Houston, Texas.
Sarah Anzaldua is sales representative and pharmacy technician with over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and business management fields. She is certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board registered with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. She has practiced in a variety of pharmaceutical settings, including a military hospital, a retail pharmacy, and a compounding pharmacy. She has worked in a variety of positions from ranging from volunteering to management.
Sarah received her Associates of Arts degree with an emphasis in Business Management from the University of Maryland University College at Aviano Air Force Base, Italy. She was employed on base and took part in volunteering for multiple events in support of the 31st Force Support Squadron including family base events, child care for families in need, and preparing care packages for deployed military members. Furthermore, she was a devout volunteer for the 31st Aerospace Medicine Squadron, which provides care for flyers and their families by running the occupational health, fitness, and tobacco cessation programs for the entire wing. The 31st Medical Support Squadron hospital pharmacy is where Sarah was one of the most notable volunteers, as she assisted active duty pharmacy members with maintaining the medicinal needs of the base hospital, consisting of both inpatient and outpatient services.
Sarah’s interests and experience expand into the arts of music and photography. She has a true love for animals and enjoys traveling and photographing the many adventures she goes on with her fiancé and adorable miniature schnauzer, Tyson. They love spending time together at the dog park, local coffee shops, or at the gym. She is currently a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and actively working towards her black belt. She is also currently enrolled at Houston Community College, completing the prerequisites for Pharmacy School, with the hope of becoming a Pharmacist.
