EKT 3.1% Otic Gel Compounded for Dogs
Prescription Required
Overview – EKT 3.1% Otic Gel
EKT 3.1% Otic Gel is a compounded otic preparation for dogs formulated with
enrofloxacin 1%, ketoconazole 2%, and triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% in a specialized thermoreversible poloxamer gel base.
This innovative base remains liquid when cooled, allowing for smooth administration into the ear canal. Once exposed to body temperature, it transitions into a bioadhesive gel, helping the formulation remain in place within the ear canal.
Advanced Otic Gel Delivery Technology
Unlike traditional ear drops, this formulation uses a thermoreversible poloxamer system designed for ease of administration and improved retention.
- Flows easily into the ear canal during administration
